1. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services

   Device Information. HRHC receives information about the device and software you use to access the Site, including, but not limited to, IP address, web browser type, operating system version, and mobile advertising identifiers.

   Usage Information. To help HRHC understand how you use the Site and to help us improve it, HRHC automatically receives information about your interactions with the Site when you use it, such as the pages or other content you view as well as the dates, times, and duration of your visits.

   Location Information. When you use the Site, HRHC infers the general physical location of your device and the geographic regions our users come from. For example, your IP address may indicate your general geographic region.

   Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. HRHC and third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies.    Other Third Parties. HRHC may receive additional information about you such as demographic and census information from data or marketing partners and other third parties and combine it with other information we have about you.

3. How HRHC Uses the Information Collected

   HRHC uses information that we collect about you, or you provide to us, for a variety of lawful purposes, such as those described below:

   • To provide, maintain, improve the convenience and functionality, and otherwise enhance the Site;
   • To provide our services, including facilitating the proper processing of sample or other requests;
   • To communicate with you, provide you with updates and other information about products and service offerings from us and our vendors and service providers that you have requested or authorized, respond to comments and questions, and otherwise provide customer support;

4. How HRHC Shares the Information Collected

   HRHC may disclose aggregate information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

   • Partners and Affiliates. HRHC may share any information we receive with our partners, subsidiaries, and affiliates for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
   • Vendors and Service Providers. HRHC may share any information we receive with our vendors and service providers, such as contractors, auditors, consultants, or others hired by us to help us in operating our business and/or the Site or administer activities on our behalf and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep such information confidential.
   • Analytics Partners. HRHC uses analytics services such as Google Analytics to study the browsing behavior of visitors to the Sites. These analytics services collect certain information on an anonymous basis, such as the number of visitors to the Sites; their country, region, and city of origin; the type of browser and operating system they are using; the date, time, and duration of visits; the pages consulted; and what other websites they visited prior to coming to the Sites.  We use the information received from analytics services to improve the Sites.    • In Connection with Certain Transactions.  HRHC may disclose information about you to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our clients or users of the Site is among the assets transferred.
   • At Your Direction. HRHC may disclose information about you to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it, such as communicating with you via email or other means.
   • Consent. HRHC may also disclose information from or about you or your devices with your permission.
5. Your Choices

   You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails or by emailing privacy@hrhealthcare.com. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

   There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.

   If you choose not to provide us with the information we collect, some features of the Site may not work as intended.

6. Third Parties

   The Site may contain links to other websites, products, or services, including the e-billing portal, that we do not own or operate.    You may contact us through one of the methods listed in the “Contact Information” section below to request access to, or request to correct or delete, any personal information that you have provided to us.  We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

   HRHC undertakes reasonable efforts to protect information from or about you by using technical and organizational safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain.

   The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

   Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.  Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Site.  Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.  We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.

10. Children’s Privacy

    The Site is not intended for children under 16 years of age.  HRHC does not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 16 years of age. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information.  If you believe we might have any information from a child under 16, please contact us through one of the methods listed in the “Contact Information” section below.

11. International Visitors

    The Site is hosted in the United States and is intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use the Site from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring information from or about you or your devices outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. Also, HRHC may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with the storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Site.
