Colby P. Wiesman

Colby is a seasoned executive serving as the CEO, where he leverages his extensive experience to drive the overall corporate strategy, guide product development, manage financial operations, and oversee the day-to-day business operations. In his role, Colby holds direct responsibility for positioning HR HealthCare as a market leader within the industry. His educational background includes attending the Wayne Huizenga School of Business in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, indicating a foundation in business education. Outside of his professional endeavors, Colby values his time with family and engages in various recreational activities. He has a passion for outdoor and adventurous activities including snowmobiling, golfing, ATV riding, boating, and skiing.

Chris P. Wiesman

Chris oversees and manages HR HealthCare’s sales and marketing efforts in the United States and Canada. Chris graduated from Northwood University with a Bachelor of Business Management degree in management and marketing and then continued to pursue his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. Before joining HR HealthCare, Chris spent five years as a practicing attorney in Florida and Texas, specializing in franchise, corporate, and product liability defense. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Melanie, his two children, Kennedy and Grant, and his friends and family, being outside, trying new restaurants, traveling, and playing sports.

Jon P. Wiesman

Jon began his career managing an elite standardbred racehorse breeding operation in Kentucky and Pennsylvania. During this time, he developed a shipping device that changed the logistics of equine reproduction worldwide and started a company that manufactured and sold equine reproduction supplies throughout North America. This ultimately led him to the opportunity to acquire the iconic HR® Lubricating Jelly brand and bring it back to market. Following the acquisition, Jon dedicated himself to successfully bringing HR® Lubricating Jelly back to market while honoring the history of the Holland-Rantos Company, who initially launched HR® Lubricating Jelly in the 1930s. Jon was instrumental in bringing the Surgilube® product under the HR HealthCare product portfolio and building the organization into a diversified medical consumables manufacturer. Mr. Wiesman has turned the day-to-day responsibilities of HR HealthCare over to his sons but remains involved with developing future products. Outside the organization, Jon continues to be involved in the standardbred horseracing business. He enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay and spending time with his wife, Leeanna, and his seven grandchildren.

David Sempeles

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), David oversees critical functions, including Finance, Human Resources, IT, Business Intelligence, Quality Control, Engineering and Warehousing. He attended Elizabethtown College, where he cultivated a strong understanding of business principles and management practices. His professional trajectory encompasses enriching experiences with several prominent corporations, including TRW, SMH, Ltd. (the world’s largest watch manufacturer), Arnold Transportation Services, Inc., and Bath Fitter. Outside the office, Dave finds solace and rejuvenation in outdoor activities, such as golfing, target shooting, or taking an adventurous hike.

Matt Hanna

As the Chief Growth Officer, Matt drives HR Healthcare’s expansion through product development, strategic growth initiatives, and planning. He has over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, where he held pivotal roles, including private label development, category management, and sales. His extensive knowledge in these areas equips him with a deep understanding of the industry landscape and the dynamics of growth and innovation. Outside of HR HealthCare, Matt enjoys boating and spending time with his wife, Jenny, two kids, Owen, and Ellie, and their two dogs.

Andrew LaFountain

Andrew oversees strategic planning, quality control, manufacturing, and supply chain management. He graduated from Shippensburg University with an undergraduate degree in supply chain and operations management. and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Andrew’s professional journey has been marked by significant contributions in various fields, including medical device manufacturing, project management, warehousing, and distribution. His hands on experience and strategic insights have played a pivotal role in optimizing operations and driving organizational success. Outside the office, he enjoys the outdoors, traveling with his wife, Waleska, and staying active with golf, hockey, and various snow sports.

Stephanie Kennedy

As our Chief People Officer, Stephanie is committed to fostering a People-Focused HR function and culture centered around employee engagement and positively impacting people’s lives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in HR management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and she has maintained her SPHR certification since 2014.

Stephanie’s leadership style and professional journey over the last two decades equip her to effectively develop agile HR and Talent strategies that drive employee engagement and organizational results.

Stephanie spends time with her husband, John, and their seven grandchildren outside the office. She enjoys fitness, pickleball, cooking, decorating, and entertaining in her free time.

Melissa Georgeoff

Melissa brings over 30 years of experience in payer contracting, credentialing, customer service, sales, marketing, information technology, accreditation, quality improvement, government affairs, and advocacy serving people with disabilities.

Through Melissa’s dedicated advocacy work she is a strong voice for people with disabilities, lobbying in Washington, D.C on the importance of CRT and respiratory care. Melissa also hosts a podcast entitled See the Unseen, which creates visibility for people with disabilities and helps women find their potential and achieve a life fueled by purpose.

Melissa is married to Andy and is a proud parent to two bonus girls and two children, Kaylee and Brayden. Her recent joy is her new grandbaby, Shane.
